Kyle and Joann here. We are a couple of 7 years. Most of the time you can find us playing fetch with our 3 year old lab Roxy, hanging out at one of our wellness center, hiking near the lake, or eating tacos at one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. While Kyle loves a bootcamp workout and cycle classes, Joann is more of a daily meditation and yoga girl. We love all things health and wellness related and helping others find natural alternatives that complement their lifestyle.
